A vidyala built on seva
Who we are, why we teach, and the tradition we are trying to pass on.
What "Shaheedi Bunga" means
A bunga was a residence and centre of learning built around Sri Harmandir Sahib, where jathas would stay, teach and train. The Shaheedi Bunga was associated with those who gave their lives in the defence of the panth.
We took the name because it describes what we hope to be — a place where learning, discipline and remembrance sit together, and where the next generation is connected to the sacrifices that came before them.
To confirm with Ustad Ji: this section is our draft wording. Please correct the history and replace it with how you would explain the name.
